In-School Mentoring
Middle and high school are where a lot gets decided. Who you sit with. What you think you're good at. Whether school feels like it belongs to you.
Our in-school mentoring programs serve students at seven schools across New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties: six middle schools and John T. Hoggard High School in New Hanover County. The same men keep coming back. That's how trust gets built. Each fall, we meet with parents at the school before sessions start.
Partner schools, 2026–27: Williston Middle, D.C. Virgo Preparatory Academy, International School at Gregory and John T. Hoggard High School in New Hanover County. Leland Middle and Town Creek Middle in Brunswick County. West Pender Middle in Pender County.
Is your student at one of these schools? Ask the school counselor, or send us a note below.

Grades 8–12 · Saturday mornings, August to June
Saturday Success Academy
Success Academy is where high schoolers and eighth graders getting ready for it work on what comes next. College. A career. Money. How to walk into a room and own it.
We meet on Saturday mornings, about twice a month, from August through Father’s Day in June. Success Academy follows the traditional academic school calendars for New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties. The program year continues through the National Annual Conference.
