Town Creek Mentors and Mentees Visit the Cameron Art Museum

On April 17, 2025, the 100 Black Men of Coastal NC mentors and mentees at Town Creek Middle School in Brunswick County had the pleasure of visiting the Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington, NC. The story of the "Colored Soldiers" captivated the attention of the students. Pictured in the middle photo are the students listening to the presentation about the "Colored Soldiers" and their extraordinary contribution to the Civil War effort to gain their freedom.
