College Prep ACT/SAT Explains Admission Requirements

Last October, the 100BMOCNC and PNC Bank joined forces to help students. The two-hour SAT/ACT prep program was held via Facebook Live. Dr. Vernenice Edge, a Guidance Counselor at Laney High Schools and LaTasha Jones, an Admissions Counselor at UNCW, talked about requirements and expectations of incoming freshmen.

The 100 Black Men of Coastal North Carolina is based in Wilmington, NC. It is a not-for-profit with the goal of improving the lives of local African-Americans, especially black males.
